Founded in 2018, Bridging Waters Healthcare Consulting provides structured, compliance-driven guidance to healthcare entrepreneurs navigating Medicaid waiver and home health agency development.
Founder and Principal Consultant, Taylor Vanae, has been a Florida APD Medicaid Waiver Provider since 2017. She has also served on the board of Loves Restoration Center, LLC — a Home Health Nurse Registry and APD Medicaid Waiver Provider company established in 2009 — holding leadership roles in Human Resources, Marketing, and Compliance Management.
